Irlam is a town located in the Metropolitan Borough of Salford approximately 14 km (9 miles) west of Manchester city centre, 18 km (11 miles) north of Altrincham and 14 km (9 miles) east of Warrington. The town is serviced by a mainline railway providing direct access to Manchester Piccadilly and the A57 provides access to Manchester city centre to the northeast and Junction 21 of the M6 motorway is to the west.

Property Description
