Warrington is situated within the County of Cheshire approximately 18 miles west of Manchester and 20 miles east of Liverpool city centre. Warrington is a new town and is strategically located adjacent to the M6, M56 and M62 motorways which can each be accessed within approximately 3 miles. Warrington has excellent road links to Manchester International Airport and John Lennon Airport. Property Description

The subject property comprises two detached industrial units constructed in the 1990s. Each unit is of steel portal frame construction with profile metal clad elevations and roof, together with two storey integral office accommodation. The warehouse space has an eaves height of approximately 8.2m and benefits from sodium bulb lighting. Unit 1 has 6 loading doors and Unit 2 has 2 loading doors all of which provide access onto a concrete surfaced yard area to the rear of the property.
